Welcome to Court Club Sports LLC ("Court Club," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing courtclubpb.com (the "Site") or buying any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
We do our best to display product details, colors, and pricing accurately. Paddle face graphics may have slight color variation between batches. Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted, and we may change prices any time before you place an order. Once an order is confirmed, the price is locked.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion — for example, if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, or if there's a pricing error. Cancellations include a full refund.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier receives the package. See our Shipping page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Our 30-day return policy and 1-year paddle warranty are described on our Returns page. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.
Pickleball is a physical sport and carries inherent risk of injury (sprains, strains, falls, contact with another player or the ball). By purchasing and using Court Club products, you acknowledge these risks and assume them voluntarily. We recommend wearing court-appropriate footwear and warming up before play.
The CLUBHOUSE10 court rental discount card is provided as a courtesy. Participating clubs set their own redemption terms. We may add or remove partners at any time. The card does not have a cash value and is not transferable for credit.
All content on this Site — logos, designs, photos, copy, source code — is owned by Court Club Sports LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any of it without written permission, except for personal viewing.
If you submit reviews, photos, or videos to us (or tag us on social), you grant Court Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and modify that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court Club, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
You agree to indemnify and hold Court Club harmless from any claim made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Charleston County, SC, except either party may bring small-claims actions in small-claims court.
