Kits are pulled and packed within 1 business day from our warehouse outside Atlanta. Tracking lands in your email the moment the label scans.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their country assesses. Paddles occasionally get flagged at customs — let us know if you need an invoice in advance.
Every kit ships with full tracking via UPS or USPS. You'll receive it via email when the label scans, with updates as the package moves.
If tracking shows delivered but it isn't there, please give it 48 hours. Carriers occasionally mis-scan. After that, email orders@courtclubpb.com and we'll reship or refund — your call.
We can update your shipping address as long as the package hasn't shipped — usually within an hour of ordering. Once it's in transit, it can't be redirected.
Ordering for a corporate event, rec league, or club opening? Email partners@courtclubpb.com — we discount kits in quantities of 6+ and can ship to multiple addresses.
