30-day returns & 1-year warranty

Play with your kit for 30 days. If it's not for you — wrong fit, didn't enjoy it, the friend group never showed — send it back for a full refund. We pay return shipping. Every kit also comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the paddles.

30-day return window

1. Email returns@courtclubpb.com with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid UPS return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the box at any UPS location.
4. Refund hits your original payment method within 3–5 business days of arrival.

What qualifies

• Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
• Both paddles included, normal play wear is fine
• Used balls are fine to keep — we don't restock those
• Mesh tote should be included if it's still in usable condition
• One return per household per 12 months

1-year warranty on paddles

If a paddle face cracks, the polymer core delaminates, or the handle wrap unravels during normal play within 12 months — we replace it free. Email warranty@courtclubpb.com with a photo and your order number.

Not covered: visible signs of slamming, throwing, or using the paddle to swat at things that weren't pickleballs.

Damaged on arrival

If anything shows up broken — paddle cracked in shipping, balls smashed — email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll ship a replacement before you return anything.

Exchanges

Want the 4-paddle bundle instead of the 2-paddle kit? We'll swap it. Just email orders@courtclubpb.com and we'll handle the difference.

International returns

We accept international returns within 30 days. Customers cover return shipping; the refund processes back in full once we receive the kit.
